fight and prevent uric acid


Uric acid (gout) is a disease that attacks the joints and tendons due to deposition of urate crystals. Urate crystals deposited is due to deposits of uric acid crystals form in the long run on the affected joint or tendon resulting in inflammation.
Uric acid has similar signs of arthritis, namely joint pain, especially in the big toe, which then propagates to the joints of the foot. Generally, people aged 35 years and over prone to disease.
Although can be controlled with medication, gout sufferers actually required a strict diet of foods trigger purines. There are several ways you can avoid the risk of gout and uric acid levels surge. Here are a few:

  1. Implementing a healthy balanced diet by choosing complex carbohydrates (fruits, vegetables, brown rice), lean protein (tofu), and healthy essential fats.
  2.   4. Drinking tea and coffee. According to research from Boston University and Harvard Medical School, 2-4 cups of tea drinking may lower risk of gout in women about 22 percent. While drinking the four cups of coffee per day, according to a similar study, as reported in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in August 2010, can cut the risk of developing gout by 50 percent.
  5.   8. Reduce weight if excessive.
